Our Elderberry
Syrup contains organic herbs and fruits that have
traditionally been used to treat colds and the flu.
Elderberries have long been used for healing in Native
America and in the Vermont farm kitchen. They
are high in Vitamin C and have been known to build up
the immune system and to fight some viruses that
chemical medicines do not work on. At the honey house we
mix organic elderberries with Apitherapy raw honey,
apple cider vinegar, propolis, and organic echinacea.
Propolis is a natural antibiotic gathered by the bees
from the buds of poplar and pine trees. Apple cider
vinegar supports the upper respiratory systems and aids
the digestive system in the elimination of toxins,
facilitating healing.
