Bee Pun Poetry Contest 

Official Rules No purchase is necessary to enter or win and a purchase will not increase your chances of winning. 

Bee Pun Poetry Contest begins Thursday, February 1 at 11:59 pm MST. To enter, follow us on Instagram @thehoneygardens and submit form with email address and poem. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of any entrant, the entry in question will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the Instagram account used at the time of entry (i.e., the natural person who is assigned to an Instagram account). Entries must be received before 11:59 pm MST on February 29, 2024. 

This contest may be presented in conjunction with different offers sponsored or co-sponsored by Sponsor, its affiliates, and partners, and may be presented in conjunction with offers sponsored by different organizations. 

Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible, delayed, corrupted, non-delivered or misdirected entries or for any technical problems, malfunctions of any computer systems, servers, providers, hardware or software, lost or unavailable network connections, incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information or loss of entry information, failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, or any other human or technical errors of any kind, or any combination of any of the foregoing. No automatic, programmed, robotic or similar means of entry are permitted, and individuals engaging in such practices will be disqualified. Incomplete entry forms will be disqualified. 

To be eligible to win, an entry must follow all contest terms and conditions as described by these Official Rules. The contest is open to current legal residents of the 50 United States, DC, Puerto Rico, and Canada (Excluding AZ and Quebec), age 18 years and older. Void elsewhere and where prohibited. 

Current franchisees or employees of Sponsor, or Sponsor’s affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising or promotion agencies involved in this contest, as well as members of the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or households of any of the foregoing, are NOT eligible to enter or win this contest. 

Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. 

There will be three prizes consisting of one $100 virtual gift card to the Honey Gardens online store (ERV: $100 USD). All prize details will be determined by Sponsor in its discretion. All expenses and costs associated with the acceptance or use of the prize are the responsibility of the Winner. No substitution, or transfer of right to receive prize is permitted, except in the discretion of Sponsor. 

Three entrants will be selected from among all eligible entries received (“Winner”). The selection to determine the Winners will be held no later than March 31, 2024. The selection will be conducted by or under the supervision of Sponsor, whose decisions will be final in all matters concerning the contest. Winners are subject to verification. Winners will be personally notified via private message on Instagram by March 31, 2024 by 5pm MST regarding prize fulfillment. If Winners cannot be contacted or do not respond within 4 hours of being contacted, if any prize is returned as undeliverable, or in the event a potential winner does not accept the prize or fails to comply with these rules and requirements, the prize will be forfeited. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. Once Winners are verified, an announcement will be made back in a unique Honey Gardens Instagram post regarding the contest with first name and last initial or Instagram handle. 

To receive prize, Winners must execute an affidavit of eligibility, publicity release, and release of liability within 12 hours of notification, if required by Sponsor. Noncompliance or return of any of the above requested forms as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. 

All federal, state, and other taxes, fees, and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of each prize Winner. If applicable, prize Winner will be issued IRS Form 1099s by Sponsor or an agent acting on its behalf. By participating and accepting a prize, where permitted by law, each winner grants to Sponsor (and agrees to confirm that grant in writing), and those acting pursuant to the authority of Sponsor, the irrevocable right to print, publish, broadcast, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including, but not limited to, the World Wide Web, at any time(s), the winner’s name (first name and last initial) for all advertising and/or promotional purposes without additional compensation or review. 

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold Instagram, Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, and agents, and each of their directors, officers, employees, and assigns, harmless from and against any and all claims and liability arising out of participation in the contest or use of prize. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this contest or use or redemption of any prize. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the contest or in the announcement of any prize. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. Sponsor may offer multiple contest simultaneously on its website.
