* 1 cup sour cream
* 2/3 cup honey
* 2 tablespoons flour
* 2 cups elderberries, all stems removed
MIx together honey, sour cream and flour then add elderberries to mixture. Place filling in 9" pie crust, add top crust, and bake at 400 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes.
